Ladex Construction Group is highly proactive in achieving zero incident rates at all worksites that they are involved in. All of our employees from management through to our workers including our office staff are inducted into the company at the start of their working careers with us and are constantly updated upon any change within the work sites which may affect their safety.
Ladex has a deep commitment to ongoing training for our personnel including First Aid, Confined Space, Traffic Control, Work at Heights and Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision.
Ladex Construction Group has in place a full set of procedures which cover all aspects of Work, Health and Safety which follow the guidelines as set down by the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2017.
Ladex also seeks continuously to improve their environmental performance by assessing the positive and negative, the direct and indirect, and the cumulative environmental impacts of new projects – from exploration through to closure and by implementing an environmental management system focused on continual improvement to review, prevent, mitigate any adverse environmental impacts.
