Ladex Construction Group Pty Ltd is a Riverina company specialising in Commercial, Retail and Industrial construction sectors, drawing upon over 35 years of combined experience in each respective field.

The Managing Director of the company is Richard Pottie. He is supported by a team of 40 staff with varying backgrounds, enabling Ladex to offer clients extensive knowledge of local industry conditions and meet a variety of civil and construction needs.

Ladex Construction Group is a member of the Master Builders Association, Civil Contractors Federation , Wagga Wagga Business Chamber and Committee 4 Wagga. It is also supported by a network of business resources in various disciplines, including; drafting, engineering, surveying, accountancy, legal advice and insurance.

Competitive pricing is one of four major pricing strategies in our company. Other options include cost-plus pricing, where a set profit margin is added to the total cost of a product -- including materials, labour and overhead. Markup pricing is where a percentage is added to the wholesale cost of a product. Demand pricing is determined by establishing the optimal relationship between profit and volume; a smaller per-unit profit is acceptable if volume is increased significantly.

Ladex’s construction services range from sourcing land and all necessary approvals for developments, full design and engineering, Project Management, Contract Construction, through to ongoing and preventative maintenance.
